Grip4orce is what we've been using for our wrestlers. It's the only grip product when training that engages the grip and gets my guys to focus more on the wrist and thumb strength. The most powerful weapon in wrestling would have to be the hands.
I also have them do a lot of rice digs in buckets for reducing the ions that causes the the forearms and hands to burn out. Good article, keep training and never stop learning.

coach gaglione,

i've been mia! lol, been busy with lots of training and have been really working on figuring out how to get a members only area started on my blog...so this has really been neglected as of late. however, i finally decided on how i'm going to do it and am actually starting that project today since we finally got some snow and i'm not travelling to cuse to train.

anyway, give me your opinion on the grip4orce. i haven't gotten a pair yet, but really like the idea behind them. better, worse, or different than the fat gripz and which tension(s) are best for the grip4orce?

talk to you soon man, and see you at states. i'll def be up the 2nd day at least.

Dickie, some great information here. We have been using both the Fat Gripz and the Grip4orce with great success. The love the Gi idea too! We do lots of towel work to mimic that.

Good stuff man and we def need to connect again soon! Keep killing it!
