Training with Dickie has helped me develop and move on to the next level of competition. With Dickie, I was able to have insurmountable gains in strength, cardiovascular conditioning, and explosiveness. Dickie’s program takes a high level of intensity and is for those that are serious about their physical advancements.

Dickie has written me strength programs since my junior year of high school, and I have continued to see incredible gains in muscular strength, endurance, and explosiveness. I attribute my hard work under his guidance as being an integral part of my success, not only on the high school level, but also in my first year of college at the NCAA division one level. I look forward to training with him again over this summer.

Weight Training For Wrestling- 2X NCAA Champ

Before I began lifting using Dickie’s system my wrestling skills were getting marginally better. I’ve now been lifting under his guidance for over five months now and I have started dominating ALL of my competition. At first I had little faith in Dickie and his system, but now I would run through a wall if he told me I would get stronger! I know it sounds crazy, but I would. The bottom line is Dickie knows what he is talking about. If you want to beat those kids whom you’ve always lost to and reach a level you never thought possible, I recommend you start lifting using Dickie’s system immediately.

Weight Training For Wrestling Improves 3 Young Wrestlers:

Dickie White has given my son the advantage he needs to succeed as a high school wrestler. Last season my son struggled to a 5 win season as a freshman wrestling 215. What he lacked in many matches last year was not his wrestling skills but rather the strength to compete with the Juniors and Seniors that he faced. He found that as a 14 yr old competing against 17 and 18 year olds, his strength was not on par with his older competitors.

That all changed when we found Dickie White. My son began Dickie’s program in May and he very quickly evaluated my son and put him on strength and conditioning program. The program was able to target some areas of deficit and boost his overall strength. The thing that most amazed me was how eagerly my son wanted to attend his sessions and how hard he would work and how much fun he had. Dickie’s programs are able to create an atmosphere of fun, friendly competition, and a sense of camaraderie among the other wrestlers that train together. Within in months, my son’s physique started to change and his strength to grow. My son has worked hard and made significant gains all the while doing so safely and without injury.

This season has begun dramatically different then last year’s season.. My son has started the season 11-1 winning a Title at 215 at the Newark Valley Tournament and taking 3rd at the Elmira Christmas Tournament. He now wins those same matches that he lost last year.. His confidence since working with Dickie has sky rocketed. He now has the strength to compete and beat the older athletes he competes against. I can say with complete confidence that his success this year is in big part due to Dickie White and wrestling specific strength training program. ”

My son, Greg, has gained over 10lbs since he started training with Dickie. His strength levels are unbelievably high for a 5th grader. Not only do these strength and power gains allow him to compete successfully in older age brackets, but he’s regularly taking down varsity wrestlers in the practice room.

-Greg Kleinsmith Sr. on son Greg Kleinsmith Jr., 2009 Dixie National Champion and MOW, 2008 NYS Youth Triple Crown, 2008 Empire Nationals Champion, 5th 2008 Ohio Tournament of Champions, 136-12 record for 2007-2008 pee wee wrestling season

Dickie’s system has taught Christian the fundamentals of proper weight lifting, stressing technique and proper weights to use for increasing strength. His core body strength, including his back, hips and legs are building a foundation for later in life. Dickie makes it fun and challenges the kids so they don’t realize how hard they’re working. Their strenuous workouts are normal for them and they will excel in the future as it is the only way they know how to train. His system is well worth the investment in my son’s future.

-Charlie Deitrich on son Christian Deitrich, 2x Champ at Ohio Tournament of Champions, Rocky Mountain National Champ, MAWA Champ, NYS Youth Triple Crown, Tulsa National Champ
